Theron Carmine De Sousa has worked across leading global organisations, brands and governmental bodies, including a pivotal project helmed by the Dept of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM).
TC graduated from Denison University, Granville, USA, with a degree in Communications and Political Media Strategy, followed by postgraduate studies in sustainable thinking strategies. His political advisory practice focuses on swing and independent voters who are pivot points as demographics evolve.
TC was also instrumental in setting up the sustainable forum at Design Week, consolidating the interface between city planners, architects and sustainable design professionals.

A risk and analytics professional with decades of experience across financial institutions, startups and fintech ecosystems in multiple regions.
Dr Ryan Michigan holds an MBA and PhD in Management from Columbia University, New York, a secondary MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and an undergraduate degree in Physics from St Xavier's College, Mumbai.
He is a risk and analytics professional with multiple decades of experience across frameworks and sectors. He has worked closely with startups, FinTechs and major financial institutions in India, the United States and the Asia Pacific region.
Ryan also focused on consumer insight and data during his time with Boston Consulting in North America. He currently consults with OnDeck Australia, a fintech focused on small business finance across the Australian region.

R. Netto studied Business and Hospitality at Wittenborg University in the Netherlands and completed his postgraduate advanced master's studies at Rijks University Groningen. During his long tenure across MercurySPC and FWC, he functioned as operations lead for governmental public-private partnerships as well as large e-payment, hospitality and digital communication startups in India.
While in the Netherlands, he headed a setup team for a Dutch unicorn. At MercurySPC, his inputs simplify and minimise online and offline jargon and data intersection points.
He brings practical insight into the multiple factors that affect implementation of products and services for new-age consumers, citizens and organisations from policy-making and framework perspectives.
